We bought this before our baby was born. In 2 days he will be 6 months old. He has slept in this since day 1. It has worked out great for us. Early on, our baby would sleep a few hours at at time in this a bassinet, so it was convenient to have it close to the bed.

This was very easy to put together since it comes mostly assembled and Im 9 months pregnant. My husband did have to lift it out of the box and carry it upstairs though. It is solid and sturdy. I feel very confident having my baby in it.
